I will hold a design for a maximum of 48 hrs.

Payment must be made within 48 hrs of my confirmation. If payment is not made, the design will be put back up for sale.

Once paid for, the design is yours to do with as you wish. You may use the design for anything, including commercial use, I truly don't care about that. The artwork that initially comes with the design may not be used commercially, and may not be modified in any way.

I retain the rights to the artwork for use in portfolios and commission examples.

The artwork may be posted wherever you like, so long as proper credit is given. If posting to TH, you must credit my TH, thedrowsydrow. If posting to twitter, you must credit my twitter handle, @thedrowsydrow.

The design may be resold, traded, or given away. The design may not be resold for more than the original price unless extra artwork is included.

Unless it has been discussed and agreed to beforehand, I do not allow any of my artwork to be used for mass-produced commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: NFTs, AI, merchandise, company logos, etc. You are, however, free to use art I've done for you however you like for small-scale commercial use, such as including it in a stream asset/thumbnail or using it as an emote.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I feel I will be unable to complete, or any subject that makes me feel uncomfortable.

I will need some sort of visual reference to work with, even if it's not super detailed. As a general rule of thumb, please provide a reference that shows everything on the character that would appear in the commissioned piece. So if you're only commissioning a bust, I will only require a bust-up reference, but if you're commissioning a full body, I will need a full body reference.

Other than the discounts I have listed in my commission sheet, my commission prices are firm.

Payment must be made in full before the commission will be started.

I require at least a 1 month window to work in. Most commissions will be finished before a month has passed, but this is wiggle room in case of emergencies.

WIPs will be sent during the sketch phase, lining phase, and coloring phase. You may request more WIPs.

Major changes to the commission may be made during the sketch phase, but once I've moved into the lining phase, no major changes will be made unless I have made a mistake on the character's design. Past the lining phase, no changes will be made period unless a mistake is made on my part.

I will issue a full refund during the sketch phase, but once into the lining phase, I will not issue a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances that I approve as being a valid reason for refund.

A full refund will be issued if I feel I cannot complete the work due to an emergency.

Communication is expected to be maintained. If I do not receive a response from you within two weeks of attempting to message you with WIPs, the commission will be finished to the best of my ability and no changes will be made.

I will only draw in my own styles (For clarification, this means that I will not draw in any other requested style that isn't my own; for example, I will not draw in a Disney style, or a specific mangaka's style). I'm pretty comfortable with my current style, but it does vary from time to time. If you see a piece you like and would like something similar to it style-wise, please feel free to specify.

With the exception of lineart, which can be colored by you or someone else if you so wish (providing that you still include proper credit for my linework), you may not modify the finished commissioned artwork in any way once you receive it. You may not remove my watermark, or crop it out of the image. The only exception to this is if you’re using the art piece as an avatar/profile picture, in which case cropping is fine so long as you still give proper credit.

You must credit me properly wherever you post it. If you are uploading the piece to TH, please credit my TH, thedrowsydrow. If you post it to twitter, please credit my twitter handle, @thedrowsydrow.

I will not draw explicit NSFW content of a sexual nature; suggestiveness (such as pin-ups) and non-sexual nudity is perfectly fine.

I will not draw childish-looking characters or actual underage characters (under the age of 18) in any sexual or suggestive situation, or in any situation that involves nudity.

I will not draw feral characters (quadrupedal animals) in any sexual or suggestive situation.

I will not draw incestual relationships in romantic, sexual, or suggestive situations (the legal definition of incest varies, but according to my personal stance I will be defining this as anyone closely related by blood or by marriage (step-siblings, step-father/mother, etc.)

I will not draw explicit gore (organs or other tissue falling out, bones exposed etc.) UNLESS it is a part of the character's actual design (a zombie or other undead, etc.). Minor blood or injury is perfectly fine.

I will not draw any fetish art, whether presented as overtly sexual or not.

I will not draw hate speech of any kind (this includes but is not limited to: content that intends to make fun of or otherwise insult any race, gender, sexuality, religion, culture, political opinions, etc.)
